2 Yummy Breakfast Recipes



Ingredients:
¼ cup water
1 cup rice
½ cup plain yogurt
1 medium boiled potato
2 tbsp onion
2 tbsp carrot
1 tsp chili flakes
2 chopped green chilies
½ tsp ginger paste
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp fresh coriander
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda

1 cup ap flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp kasuri methi
½ tsp ajwain
1 tsp cooking oil or ghee
¼ cup warm water

Instructions:
1. Blend soaked rice with water and plain yogurt
2. Mask the potato in a bowl and pour the rice mixture
3. Mix the rice with potato and add water as needed
4. Add chopped onion, carrot, chili flakes, green chili paste, cumin, fresh coriander, salt and baking soda
5. Mix and pour batter on to the pan and cook until light golden brown
6. To prepare the second breakfast batter, mix in ap flour, salt, kasuri methi, ajwain, cooking oil or ghee, and water
7. Mix and rest the dough for 10 minutes
8. Cut the dough into small pieces and roll out into sheets
9. Twist the sheet toward the center in circular motion
10. Roll out into flat sheets using a rolling pin and cook on stove top until light golden
11. Ready to Enjoy!
