1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
1 inch Ginger
2 Green Chillies, slit

2 Bay Leaves

1 Small Piece Mace
2 Green chillies
1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Raisins
Salt to taste

3/4 teaspoon Sugar

2 big Potatoes, boiled & smashed
