okay I’m pretty sure everyones quarantine is consisting of food… LOTS OF IT, so that’s why i wanted to share some of my favourite breakfast ideas that keep me fuelled throughout the day. these are all healthy, quick, and easy meals that give me tons energy. plus, i know it can be hard to motivate yourself to eat healthy during these scary times, so i wanted to help you all out if you are feeling lazy and you still want to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

#1 fruit bowl
one apple cut into cubes, one sliced banana, mixed with chia seeds & almond butter(or PB), and topped with cinnamon
frozen banana, spinach, almond milk, ice, hemp hearts, chocolate protein powder, & collagen blended to make a super yummy protein packed smoothie
#3 banana pancakes
one banana, two-three eggs, & protein power (optional) topped with almond butter, cinnamon & syrup
#4 avocado toast w/ egg
slice of rye bread, mashed avocado, fried egg, topped with cajun spice
